Voting on Photos

Every Sunday the top rated photo will be selected and be a focus on the front page for a week.  Here is how to vote on a photo:
 
1. At the top menu bar, click on photos.
 
2. If you see a photo you like, click on it.
 
3. When it comes up, you will see two options beneath it. On the left side it says, "Rate" followed by some stars. Click on which star you think it should get, five being the highest. I think we all like to get feedback, so if you want to, also leave a comment.
 
4. Click through the rest of the pages and vote on the ones you like.
On the first page, at the right, there is a drop down menu on how to search the photos. The default is by most recently listed. Then there is an option for "top rated" and for "most popular". The stars have to do with the rating. I'm not clear if most popular refers to number of views or number of comments, but I'm going to go by the star ratings for the photos selection. So, every Sunday, I will click on that "top rated" option and the first photo that pops up will be up on the front page for a week.
 
I was trying to add one photo from each member into the featured section of the photos, but there are just too many members now.  I am going to de-select them and have the top ones that are voted on as features in that section.
