- Oh, goody! You personalized your page! I love it when members take control and run with the tools we have. So, I'm curious.... which specific things did you find easier here? I'm still learning the ropes and would like to improve what I can. I know that many of the members are confused about what can be done here and how to do it- for example, the blog each members is a great way to announce things to the group. Each entry you make pops up in the front.
I took a look at your web page and had to chuckle about the revolutionary artists and other political references you had there. You are going to have to get to know Morna. Go introduce yourself and tell her I sent you. She and I are both interested in politics, but she is way smarter than me in that way. I asked her to start a group here to discuss the election (in a gentle, inclusive way). She said she didn't have time, so instead she started a whole new blog on politics! Sigh... Well, I'm hoping some of the members will start forming some groups around different themes. I think it will animate people.
Just so you know, this group is open to anyone who loves fiber art- so there are some who are not artists, but they may work with it in some way or they may be buyers. Some people have been confused about this. Again, welcome!
