Hannah Died Silk Scarf

Hannah Died... in the mid-1800's. But I think she might still be hanging around her grave at Greenlawn Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio. When I left the grave site, my engine malfunction light went on. Curious.

After I got home, and my kids had returned home from school (not knowing I had been to the cemetery,) my eldest son came into my studio and asked, "Who is in here?"

"Just me."

"Oh. I thought there was somebody else in here. Someone said, 'Hello,' to me, and it wasn't you."

"Hmm. Was it a woman's or a man's voice?"

"A woman's." (He looked around in a confused way -- as if he were sure he should find someone else -- shrugged, and went on his way.)

I can't be certain Hannah won't follow this scarf to your home. As a disclaimer, I must say I cannot be held liable for article blessings or exorcisms that may ensue.

But my engine light went off. That's a good sign.

Interesting.... Would you like to write an article about these scarves for Fiber Focus (the blog)? I want to have some alternatives to Halloween and will be doing a couple of things on the Day of the Dead. This would complement it nicely!
